ARTWORK
All designs and artwork are considered FINAL once approved. We are available to answer any questions that you may have. With our extensive experience, we want to make sure that every order is complete and accurate. We ask that you completely read carefully for any typographical errors, or possible distortions on any artwork. Once you have approved, we cannot make any changes in the printing process.
If for some reason you find out that the ARTWORK that we have created does not meet your standards, you may request a 50% refund, provided that we come to a full agreement. The reason it is only 50% is because we have to pay for the time spent to create the document. If you request a refund on the created artwork, the artwork will be destroyed and not permitted for use.
PRINTING
Once everything is approved, and materials are printed, no refunds are allowed.
Once you have verified that the artwork your have provided or that we have created for you is correct, the order moves into a PENDING status and at this point, no refunds are allowed.
DAMAGED ORDER
If for some reason the printed materials arrives damaged, we will replace the product of no charge. You must provide photographs and the box that the order came in for us to see where the damage has come from.
You must contact us at The Print Office via email at orders@theprintofficestore.com along with your Order number and pictures showing damaged goods. All Damages must be reported within the first 24 -48 hours of arrival. We will request that the order goes back in original box and be returned via UPSP or UPS.

RETAIL ITEMS
Items purchased in store such as retail or office supplies may be returned within a 30 day period, if the product has not been opened or damaged by the consumer. When you purchase a product from our store, you are stating that the item you have purchased is in good condition. In order to return any item, you must present a receipt to receive a refund. Your order will be refunded in the same way that payment was made.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to go back onto your card, according to the policies and procedures of your card holder.
